Is the quote individual?

Yes. We treat every grave individually — they differ in size, monument material, and scope of work. We prepare the quote after you send a photo of the grave via WhatsApp — we respond within 24 hours.

Is the travel cost included?

Travel cost is included in the individual quote. We operate within roughly 200 km of Suchedniów (Radom, Kielce, and surrounding areas). For longer distances, travel cost may be added separately — we always inform you in advance.

Will I receive documentation after the visit?

Yes — that's our standard. After every visit we send a full set of photos: before and after the work. You receive the photos via WhatsApp or email, the same day.

Do you do seasonal decorations?

Yes — we prepare graves before All Saints' Day, Christmas, and Easter. Seasonal decorations include fresh flowers, candles, wreaths, and arrangements — all tailored to your budget.

How is the visit date set?

After you accept the quote, we arrange a convenient date — usually within 7–14 days. For seasonal orders (October–November), it's worth booking in advance, as slots fill up quickly.

Do you work with clients from abroad?

Yes, we regularly work with families living abroad. All communication happens via WhatsApp or email — quote, plan, photo documentation, and confirmations. You don't need to be in Poland to take care of your loved one's grave.
