Practical information about grave care in Poland
AW Decor has been operating since 2015. We currently care for 45+ graves and provide before-and-after photographs after every visit.
How to arrange grave care
- Send us a photo of the grave and the cemetery location.
- We agree the scope of work, available date and total price with you.
- We carry out the agreed work.
- You receive before-and-after photographs.
Where do you provide grave care?
We are based in Suchedniów. We serve locations up to 200 km away after agreeing the date and total price. For more distant locations, availability and the full cost must be agreed individually.
How much does travel cost?
Travel is included for cemeteries up to 50 km from Suchedniów, measured one way. Beyond 50 km, the surcharge per visit is PLN 0.90 per kilometre above that limit, counting both the outward and return journey. For example, a cemetery 80 km away means a surcharge of (80 − 50) × 2 × PLN 0.90 = PLN 54 per visit.
Will I receive photographs after the visit?
Yes. Before-and-after photographs are included after every visit in all our grave care packages.
Can I request extra flowers or grave candles?
Yes. Additional wreaths, bouquets and grave candles can be arranged on request at an individually agreed extra charge. The items included in your chosen package remain included.
Do you issue invoices and offer a written agreement?
We issue VAT invoices and receipts. A written agreement can be prepared on request.
