BASIC – One-Time Grave Maintenance
A package designed for those who need one-time assistance with tidying up a grave – before holidays, anniversaries, or a family visit.
The scope includes basic maintenance work and aesthetic preparation of the memorial site.
BASIC starts at PLN 199 including VAT for one visit: washing the entire gravestone, tidying the surrounding area and removing growing grass, replacing two candle inserts and providing one grave candle worth PLN 7. Before-and-after photographs are included.
Additional floral arrangements, bouquets and grave candles are available on request at an individually agreed extra charge. The total price depends on the grave condition and travel and is confirmed before work begins.
Regular care
STANDARD – Regular Grave Care
STANDARD starts at PLN 149 per month including VAT and includes one visit per month. Every visit includes washing the entire gravestone, tidying the surrounding area and removing growing grass, replacing two candle inserts, one grave candle worth PLN 7 and before-and-after photographs.
Additional floral arrangements, bouquets and grave candles are available on request at an individually agreed extra charge.
One visit per month. The date and total price, including any travel surcharge, are agreed before care begins.
PREMIUM – Full Care & Responsibility
PREMIUM starts at PLN 299 per month including VAT and includes one visit per month. Every visit includes washing the entire gravestone, tidying the surrounding area and removing growing grass, replacing two candle inserts, one grave candle worth PLN 7 and an additional floral arrangement worth PLN 80.
Before-and-after photographs are included after every visit.

Grave cleaning and care
We offer both one-time grave cleaning and regular care. Before work begins, we agree on the scope, date and price, taking into account the condition of the grave and the cemetery location.
After every visit, you receive before-and-after photographs so you can see the completed work even when you cannot visit in person.

Step 3 – Care in Action
After approval, we carry out the agreed work – one-time or on a regular basis, according to the chosen package.
We take care of aesthetics, tidiness, and the dignified character of the site.
Step 4: Photographic documentation
Before-and-after photographs are included in every package and provided after every visit.

We serve locations up to 200 km from Suchedniów, subject to an agreed date and total price. Travel up to 50 km one way is included. For every visit beyond 50 km, a surcharge of PLN 0.90 per kilometre applies only to the excess distance, counted in both directions. Example: a cemetery 80 km away one way has a travel surcharge of (80 − 50) × 2 × PLN 0.90 = PLN 54.
Locations beyond 200 km require an individual agreement on feasibility and price.
